Dr. Megan is incredible working with all pets that come in, especially the nervous or stressed pets. I love to watch a pet’s personality come out as Dr. Megan gains trust with her compassionate and fear free approach during visits. It is so fun to see how many pets are excited to come to the clinic and the clients appreciate everyone on the team. I really enjoy working at a clinic where clients have expressed to us that they know they can trust us to care for them and their furry family members like they are our own. GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
At some point, everyone could use someone to talk to but you may not always know who or how to find the right person. Someone who might know what you are going through day to day in the veterinary field. We have options to work with a Veterinary Social Worker.
VACATION & SICK LEAVE
Leave is accrued separately and accrual starts on day one of joining our team. Leave can be used after 90 days of employment.
BALANCE BETWEEN WORK & FAMILY
We offer a four day work week with no extended clinic hours so that we can get home to have dinner with our families. We are also closed on the weekends as it is important to us that we all get family time.

We provide grocery delivery every 2 weeks with food, snacks and drinks. We all have times that we forget to eat breakfast, bring a lunch or just need a snack.
