Veterinarians

To be a veterinarian at Latah Creek Animal Hospital is to be part of our mission of building relationships with our patients and clients, increased education to clients, personalized medical care to our patients in a low-stress environment, continued learning, and growth as a veterinarian, and community involvement. Our Veterinarians practice within a high set of standards while enjoying a collaborative setting. We prioritize utilizing excellent communication skills in a fear-free environment and in helping clients achieve their goals for their pets.

Nurse

Veterinary Technician (LVT)

Our Licensed Veterinary Technicians are referred to and treated like veterinary technicians. Between the education they have received and the real-world experience gained, we know how valuable and knowledgeable technicians are and we fully believe in elevating them to the top of their license so that they may use their education and expertise to help provide excellent care to our clients and patients. Our patients will now have the opportunity to have certain appointments set up with our technicians; our clients with questions will often get the expertise of our technicians over the phone.

Assistant

Veterinary Assistants (VA)

Our assistants play an integral part in our patients’ health. We entrust our VA’s with discussing the client’s concerns about their pet and making recommendations for the best wellness care options. We also utilize our VA’s for collecting samples and performing laboratory tests, preparing animals and operating rooms for surgery, monitoring anesthesia during dentals, administering vaccines and medications, providing post-operative care, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

CCR

Client Care Representatives (CCR)

Our frontline, the first face clients see when they arrive or the first voice they hear on the phone! These team members schedule appointments and triage to get calls to the right team member to get client’s questions answered. CCR’s greet clients at the door with kindness and compassion. They communicate with clients as needed for appointments, wait times, medication and food pick ups, and a variety of other scenarios.
