Latah Creek Animal Hospital is proud to have been a locally owned and operated business for over 25 years. We are proud to be both locally owned and female owned and run.

Our ownership team is unique in that it is comprised of a Veterinarian and a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager. This power duo of boss ladies has it all covered – the medical side and the business side. We don’t know why every vet clinic doesn’t set up their business this way! Bringing both of their different fields of expertise together allows for better decision making, a stronger team culture, and better patient care.

Dr. Megan Bauer has worked here since 2015 after graduating from WSU Veterinary School (GO COUGS!) and bought the practice from her dad, Dr. Steve Bauer in 2018.

Jessica Osborne, CVPM, MS has a masters degree in leadership, and is Spokane’s first Certified Veterinary Practice Manager and a Certified Veterinary Business Leader. She has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years.
Our shared goal is to make Latah Creek Animal Hospital a leader among veterinary practices, and to help make the veterinary field more low-stress and collaborative for everyone: be that clients, our team, or the field in general.
