Not Sure if a Visit is Warranted? Try Petriage!

Our clients now have access to Petriage!

With the Petriage Symptom Checker, you can quickly determine the urgency of your pet health concerns, any time, day or night. Within seconds, you and your vet will receive a next-steps recommendation generated by a sophisticated algorithm. Depending on the severity of your pet’s symptoms, if you are still unsure whether you need to seek care, a 24/7 nurse phone consult through Petriage will be made available for $35. This is not a nurse from our clinic.

How it Works

1. Sign up for a free Petriage account

2. Use Petriage any time you have a pet health concern
The Petriage Symptom Checker gives pet parents real-time results and next-step recommendations, evaluating pet symptoms on a four-point scale: Non-Threatening, Worrisome, Urgent, or Emergency. The statistical model is continuously perfected by user input and validated by a team of veterinarians.

Additionally, your veterinarian will receive a copy of the symptom analysis report to be added to your pet’s medical record, ensuring your veterinarian is kept informed of any changes to your pet’s health.

3. Consult with your family vet
Depending on your results, please call us to set up an appointment or go straight to the emergency clinic. If you are unsure about your pet’s need to be seen, you may opt to contact the 24/7 nurse through the Petriage hotline for $35.

We’re pleased to offer this service as one more reflection of our commitment to provide the highest level of service and care to our valued clients and their pets.
